Our Global Conflict Management Model (GCM) is fully compliant with RNN standards, and the only course of its kind to offer a BTECT qualification option

Our Partners

Once your staff have completed the GCM programme, should the need arise, we will defend them free of charge during an investigation as an expert witness.

All of the courses we teach DO NOT include NOR do we advocate any pain compliance techniques as we teach courses suitable for looking after vulnerable young adults or those with emotional learning needs, EBD or disabilities.
